Not only for patients and their families, but also for the approximately 7,500 employees at the 100 locations on the Lower Rhine. In the spirit of the slogan, we were able to develop and launch a new, individual intranet for the St. Augustinus Group in Neuss:
The new social intranet offers all the functions you could wish for when it comes to networking: Liking, posting, commenting - making it fun to get active, get involved and exchange ideas.
Contact persons, documents, appointments or even the latest menus - thanks to the convenient, clear user interface and intelligent search function, finding your way around is child's play. After logging in, for example, the user lands directly in the area of their institution. A quick selection, bookmarks and additional personalization options also ensure convenience and efficiency.
Employees can quickly and easily find relevant information, best practices and company resources in the extensive knowledge database.
Technically, the intranet is characterized by a sophisticated rights system that enables the individual houses to manage and update their specific content independently. In addition, it offers extensive interfaces to the existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of logins, telephone book, document management and training scheduling, which significantly increases the efficiency and user-friendliness of the system.
As not all employees work at a computer workstation, the intranet has of course also been optimized for mobile devices.
